CIABATA Phase 7 goes live

Phase 7 of the CIABATA software has now been successfully running at CIA for more than a month. This bespoke software has been produced to enable CIA to monitor emissions as part of the Kyoto agreement and enables members to log their results via a powerful web interface. Phase 7 handles the latest government changes.
