ENGLAND NETBALL – net online savings!

England Netball which represents the number one female sport in the country has over 1 million schoolchildren and over 60,000 participants (2003/04) in clubs all over England.

EN has been piloting an online affiliation service which uses the OM Web-tools as its foundation. Working closely with 3Si, EN has extended the Web-tools functionality to meet their specific needs.

In the past EN gathered annual membership return information using a paper based system which was a time-consuming, labour-intensive and costly process.
The online service now allows the club to maintain the details via the web of all of the players, calculate membership fees and submit the information to EN and key netball representatives.

Individual members, county secretaries and regional representatives all have the ability to access and maintain key information online. All of which seamlessly integrates with OM. “We have been pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm and uptake of this service from our clubs and look forward to rolling out to the entire membership base” said the Membership Manager.
