CIA upgrade to Open Market CRM 9.4

The Chemicals Industry Association (CIA) upgraded to the latest version of Open Market CRM system during April.

The upgrade was for two main reasons. Firstly to take advantage of the latest features as many of them will be of help to the way in which the organisation captures additional information, and secondly to be able to install the Event management module.

The CIA is the UK’s leading trade association for the chemical and chemistry-using industries, representing members both nationally and internationally. They have been a client of 3Si since 1998.
