Confederation of Paper Industries go live with Open Market CRM

The Confederation of Paper Industries (CPI) went live with Open Market CRM and modules during April.

The organisation, who selected Open Market at the beginning of the year, went live with OM 9.4 in April. The installation brought together a number of systems into one central place to enable the federation to work efficiently and effectively with their members.

The package included the membership module, event management module and product sales, along with all the relevant web tools.
