The Reading Agency choose Open Market CRM!
The Reading Agency (TRA) have chosen Open Market CRM for their main contact and communication system.
The Reading Agency helps libraries develop and maintain new ways of working, share good practice, continue to raise standards and to publicise the excellent work they do.
The Reading Agency reviewed various CRM offerings before deciding on 3Si’s CRM solution Open Market. On the decision to select Open Market CRM the Finance Director for The Reading Agency said “TRA decided that Open Market would be the best solution for us because it is a flexible system that can grow with our needs. The TRA helps:
- Build new national and regional partnerships with broadcasters, businesses, literary awards and other organisations with an active interest in readers and reading.
- Originate projects designed to entice people of all ages to broaden and extend their reading.
- Undertake research into libraries, reading and provide consultancy to individual library services/ local authorities.
- Make sure opinion formers in government and other relevant agencies are familiar with what libraries can and do offer and the work they do.
- Produce the evidence and arguments necessary for successful promotion of the excellent work libraries do.
TRA have invested in the core CRM system and the product sales module.
The Reading Agency was formed in 2002 by merging three smaller agencies - LaunchPad, The Reading Partnership and Well Worth Reading - all of whom worked with libraries to promote reading.
