College for Emergency Medicine upgrade to Open Market CRM 9.4

The College for Emergency Medicine (CEM) upgraded to Open Market CRM 9.4 to take advantage of many great new features and changes provided by the latest version.

CEM is a charity, established to advance education and research in Emergency Medicine. The College is responsible for setting standards of training and administering examinations in Emergency Medicine for the award of Fellowship and Membership of the College as well as recommending trainees for CCST in Emergency Medicine.

The College now numbers over 2000 Fellows and Members registered internationally and works closely with the British Association for Emergency Medicine to ensure high quality care by improving standards and providing expert guidance and advice on policy to appropriate bodies on matters relating to Emergency Medicine.

The College is going through enormous changes at present and identified the need for their CRM system to provide additional features, such as web enablement and event management to help provide the organisation with the tools to service and communicate with their members at the highest level.
