Our membership management software, OM.Net or Open Market, is developed and owned by 3Si and is used by over 40 organisations throughout the UK to manage their CRM, marketing, events, training and membership.

Our membership CRM software is highly configurable and flexible - many of our clients require customisation of the package to accommodate their specialised requirements (e.g. sector specific functionality). OM.Net also integrates with other products and services to provide a complete enterprise solution.
Open Market, the management system, is ‘multi-company’ across all the major modules. This allows, for example, different “trading accounts” to be managed for different companies all in the one system. The financial transactions can be segmented to ensure that analysis can be done per company. However, they all share the same core contact/organisation details avoiding duplication if one contact/organisation is a customer of more than one business being managed in the system.
3Si and our clients use OM.Net to manage individual and company contacts, from 'the cradle to the grave'. By use of statuses, segmentation and categorisation, a contact's history can be tracked from prospect to customer right through to 'deceased' or 'ceased trading'. All data in the interim is recorded against the record (e.g. positions past and present, financial history, dated notes, status change history, correspondence, trading history, etc).
Open Market has continually evolved since its inception some 16 years ago. Our customers upgrade as and when they feel it is appropriate and we are in the enviable position of having a number of customers using the latest version of OM.Net today, who purchased their original system in 1993/1994.
